Hello, my name is Bella and it is lovely to meet you; welcome to my practice. I am deeply passionate about curating a gentle, empowering, and nonjudgemental space while you embark on your healing journey. After encountering grief, trauma, and being exposed to individuals with Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, ASD, DID, Bipolar Disorder, Addiction, and Schizophrenia early in my life, I found myself called to this field. Human beings deserve love, support, community, and respect; I want to help you find those things within yourself and create a life with these qualities in abundance. *Regarding booking sessions with me* I encourage individuals who have not spoken with me before to book a consultation prior to a full 60 minute session. While this is not a requirement, I always want ensure that you have a chance to "interview" me and have a good idea of who I am as a person. *Regarding my fees* If you decide to book a 60 minute session with me, you will see that there are 3 different options: $45, $55, and $65. I utilize a sliding scale so that my services are more accessible to individuals who may be on a fixed income, have dependents, or are simply having a rough time financially. I will never question what option you choose, nor will I ask if you want to change this choice in the future. Please pick the option that is realistic for you and your income.
